Isoflavones, as one of the physiologically active metabolites like phenylpropanoid
compounds from soybeans, are well-known compounds with beneficial effects such as the reduction of cardiovascular risk, prevention of osteoporosis, treatment for hormonal disorders, etc.
In this application note, the analysis of 3 glucosides and 3 non-glucosides in soybean extracts was conducted with ChroZen HPLC-PDA according to the Korean Health Functional Food Code.
